Your own mail server, with port 25 open from the first boot
Many providers block port 25 or unlock it only on request, and keep reverse DNS behind a support ticket. On Melonslab both are yours from the start, on a server in Malmö under Swedish and EU law.
Port 25 open from boot
Open on every plan from the moment the server starts. No request, no justification, no waiting.
rDNS you set yourself
Set the PTR record for your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in the panel. The change applies immediately, with no ticket.
IPv6 included
Every plan comes with a /64 of IPv6, so your server sends and receives mail over both protocols.
Swedish and EU law
A Swedish company on its own hardware in Malmö. Your mail is governed by Swedish and EU law, not the US CLOUD Act.
Plans for a mail server

A mail server needs an IPv4 address, because much of the internet still delivers mail over IPv4 only. It is €1.00 per month, ticked by default when you order.

Publish your DNS records
Add MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your domain, so receiving servers can verify your mail.

Postfix and Dovecot, or a full suite. Port 25 is already open, so mail starts flowing as soon as it runs.
Sending in bulk?
Your own mail, your company's mail and transactional mail from your applications are exactly what these plans are for. Newsletters and other high-volume sending need an arrangement with us first, so we can protect the reputation of the addresses every customer relies on. Read the fair-use policy.
The parts people search for, and rarely find
Mail ports, jurisdiction, routing, uptime. Each of these is a published policy or a fact you can verify, so you can check it before you order rather than discover it after.
Port 25 open, rDNS in your hands
Port 25 is open on every plan from the moment it boots, and rDNS is yours to set in the panel, on IPv4 and IPv6. No ticket, no justification, no waiting for a human to approve your PTR record. Pair it with SPF and DKIM and your mail lands in the inbox.
Swedish company, Swedish data centre, Swedish and EU law
Melonslab is a trade name of Hypefox AB, registered in Sweden, and every server runs on our own hardware in a Malmö data centre. Your data is governed by Swedish and EU law; the US CLOUD Act does not reach us. A full Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement applies to every plan.
RPKI-validated routing, verifiable by anyone
We run our own network, HypefoxNet (AS214365), with RPKI Route Origin Validation enforced: invalid announcements are dropped, not forwarded. Upstream AS39351 puts you one hop from several Tier-1 carriers. Check it yourself on bgp.tools or PeeringDB.
99.5% monthly uptime, backed by credits
We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime for the infrastructure and network behind your server, in a published SLA. If we miss it, you claim a service credit against that month's fee; the SLA sets out the steps. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on our status page.
